About

Nicholas J. Taboni is pursuing his MFA in Scenic Design at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He attended the University at Buffalo in which he earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy, DPT, as well as a B.S. in Exercise Science, and a B.A. in Theatre. 

Nicholas has developed an extensive design portfolio in both educational and professional theatre across Western NY and throughout Illinois. He designs across many disciplines including scenic design and projection / media design, as well as engaging in site specific and immersive works. 

Nicholas is excited to continue to bring impactful design and experiences to regional audiences.
